Odisha Odia collated 1913

Brahmapur means 'Asha' weekly started in 1913. Soon after, it was converted to daily 'Dainika Asha' n became the 1st Odia Daily. Owned by social reformer Sashi Bhusan Rath, it was still in circulation after running for a century then closed down
